You may save any type of file to your W drive and visitors will be able to access them.
Save Office Files in Older Versions
Your computer saves Office files as 2002 files. Visitors without Office 2002 will not be able to open your 2002 Word, Excel or Publisher files.
Saving your files in older versions may "turn off" some document features but will help people with older computers:
File -> Save As -> 97-2002 Word (or Powerpt, Excel etc.)
Start -> Files ->Find W Drive
Save your document to your W drive:
View Your W Drive Files Over the Internet
E-mail the webmaster to obtain your teacher folder web address (URL):
