How to Best Use Old Classroom Computers
	Open and Use Old Word Program Start -> Programs -> Word The children can safely compose and save their text on whatever version of Word an old computer has. They will save this work to their G drive and add all project research to it. Copy Internet Addresses into Old Version of Word While doing internet research the children need to record locations of internet pages where they found good material. They can easily record these into their Word document: Click once on the web address to select it. Then: Edit -> Copy -> Click once in your Word document -> Edit -> Paste into Word document Copy Internet Text into Old Version of Word Click and drag across the web text you wish to save. Once it is selected: Edit -> Copy -> Click once in your Word document -> Edit -> Paste into Word document Save Internet Images for Your Project Onto the G Drive To save an internet image simple click once on it with the RIGHT mouse button. Save Picture As -> Make sure you are saving image to the G drive -> Name it something you will remember
