  Use A Mouse
Use Your MouseUse the mouse to activate items on the computer desktop. Most mice have 2 buttons you can click with, one on the left and one on the right.

As you roll your mouse around on the pad you will notice that a pointer moves around on the screen.

You are currently reading this text in 1 big window on your computer. These "windows" can be controlled by pointing and clicking in the top bar area of a window.

NOTE: "Minimize" will shrink your entire current window down into a little bar at the bottom of your screen. Practice clicking on File, Minimize and Maximize.

Bottom of Window Buttons
Clicking on your minimized window will enlarge it again.

In the lower left corner of your desktop there is a "Start" button. Clicking once on this will open another menu. Roll your mouse up to "Programs" and notice another menu bar will roll out. Roll all the way up to Microsoft Word and click once.
