Chapter 10 Test: Statistics and Probability. Topics include reading and analyzing graphs, finding measures of central tendencies (mean, median, and mode) and quartiles, finding simple probability, odds, and probabilities of compound events.

 

Examples:

q       Given a set of data, find the mean, median and mode.

q       Analyze a graph for misleading statistics.

q       What is the probability of picking a face card from a standard deck of cards?

q       What is the probability of picking a red card or a 10 from a standard deck of cards?
